What to Expect
Appointments typically last 20–45 minutes depending on the document type. Crystal will confirm your identification and documents upon arrival. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with full appointment details.
ID Requirements: Current government-issued photo ID is required (CA driver's license, passport, or military ID). Expired IDs cannot be accepted.
Travel Fees: Mobile concierge fees apply based on your specific location within the Greater Los Angeles area.
